Founded by a team with over 80-years of combined experience in mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering, Heatiliti brings deep expertise and a flexible, pragmatic approach to every project - from designing and operating advanced heat networks, to optimising building controls and delivering high-impact retrofits.
Unlike legacy ESCo providers focused on large city networks or new build estates, Heatiliti targets the real, urgent need: existing communal and district heating in the UK’s residential, public-sector, and commercial properties. Our specialist team delivers both ESCo (Energy Services Company) and EPC (Energy Performance Contract) solutions, unlocking projects that others overlook by de-risking investment, streamlining compliance, and driving measurable efficiency gains. We offer a unique blend of fully in-house design, BMS engineering, and hands-on project delivery - all underpinned by open, non-proprietary technology and transparent, client-first contracts.
